Framing Your Worldview
What beliefs do you build your life on? Everyone has a set of beliefs that frame how they think about life and death, good and evil, pain and suffering, the present and the future. This exciting study “examines worldviews as they relate to the most important questions of our day”. This 6 - week series includes DVD teaching by Rick Warren and Chuck Colson presented in several segments each week. There will be time for class discussion following each segment. Lessons will include key issues such as “truth, tolerance, terrorism, reconciliation, and the purpose of life. Study guides for this series are recommended and will be available on the first day of class for $5.00 each (Some scholarships are available.)
February 21- Session One: My Worldview Matters
February 28- Session Two: How Do We Know What’s True?
March 7 – Session Three: Where Do I Come From?
March 14 – Session Four: It’s a Messed Up World
March 21 – Session Five: What’s the Solution?
March 28 – Session Six: What Do I Do Now?
Important Details about Wide Angle:
Adult classes will run at both 9:15 and 11:00 a.m. in the Multi-purpose Room.
The Youth version called “Rewired” and the Children’s Sunday school lessons at all ages will parallel the adult topics each week. These classes will meet at 9:15 a.m. only.
The TRUTH Adventure readings will include Bible readings related to the Wide Angle weekly topics.
